We ourselves are examples, set a good example itself has strong persuasion. You can only command others only if you are strict with yourself and set a good example. this is not only integral in doing things , but also a reflection of cultivation. In hospital, if facing unreasonable demands of the other with doctor-patient relationship, their first reaction is to oppose and resist, and then seek further solution, if the solution is not so satisfactory, they will complain, and it would have a negative impact for their own physical and mental health. so it had elevate a higher demand for each other's virtue cultivation. That is the body up-straight and so is the heart. Persuade others with virtue and a fact-finding mission.
